About Narrio

The service
Narrio lets you listen to text you paste or upload as a PDF. The Free plan uses your device’s built-in voices for unlimited listening. You must have the right to use any content you upload, and must not use the service unlawfully.
Studio subscription
Studio costs £4.99 per month or £39.99 per year. Both plans include 30,000 premium voice characters per month. Stripe processes payments. The allowance resets monthly (on the monthly anniversary of your annual subscription if you pay yearly); unused characters do not carry over. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; Studio access continues until the end of the paid period, then your account returns to Free. A failed payment may end Studio access sooner.
Your 14-day cancellation right
UK consumers generally have 14 days from entering a distance contract to cancel. At checkout, you may choose to receive immediate access to Studio and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right for digital content once you begin using the premium voice service. If you have not started using Studio, contact us within 14 days of subscribing to request cancellation under that right. This is separate from stopping your monthly or annual renewal, which you can do at any time. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Your account and content
Keep your account secure. You retain your rights to the content you upload; you allow us and the providers described in our Privacy Policy to process it as necessary to deliver the service. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
